Hi Mike, I am not sure where you got your info, but I sell in Cabazon and Whitewater as my primary areas, so I know them. Cabazon is not all Indian land, in fact S. of the freeway is pretty much fee land (not leased). The Reservation is like a mile Indian, one mile not....leased land has a yearly lease either fixed or possibly is hard to be specific as each property might have a different lease amount (as in Palm Springs) ... more
