Don't waste your time reporting her because it won't result in anything. Your best action is to write negative reviews online. Go to Zillow and Trulia's websites and post a negative review on her profile page. You need to understand that realtors are independent contractors and rely heavily on positive reviews to stay in business. Realtors and other self employed people hate negative online reviews.

BEWARE: Zillow and maybe Trulia have moderators that read your reviews before publishing. Do not bash the agent completely. Be honest but word it in a way that has negative connotations but will pass a moderator's judgement call. When future consumers read your review, they will hesitate to work with this agent. That is your goal - to slow down her business.

Why am I against reporting the agent? Because your agent has not violated any laws and can be rude to buyers and renters. Office Managers or Brokers are responsible for their agent's actions BUT they are more concerned with any violations of the Fair Housing laws than they are about rudeness, customer service, etc. The actions of your agent fall under "customer service" - not Fair Housing laws. The Office Manager will listen to your complaint, then as soon as you leave or hang up the phone, they won't do anything. If you take this up with the local Board of Realtors, they will have you fill out a complaint form and none of the questions will apply to you because you are not buying or selling a home. The questions on the complaint form that deal with renters only ask if you were discriminated against based on race, sex, religion, family status or source of income. Since you were not discriminated against, there is no complaint to file.

This is why I strongly advise you to post negative reviews online.
