Hello,

You have the ability to submit a professional review at any time.
If you don't have one already, you will be prompted to create a profile on Trulia as a part of submitting a review. It helps ensure that reviews are from actual clients.

Submitting a review on Trulia:

Log into your Trulia profile, then click on the "Find an Agent" link in the green search bar at the top.
Search by your agent’s name and service area. When your agent appears in the results, click their name.
Select the “Reviews” tab beneath their name and photo on their profile page.
Select the orange “Write a Review” button.

Once you submit your review it will be sent to moderation. We moderate each review before publishing it on Trulia. If the review meets our guidelines it will be published onto the professional's profile.

Thanks for participating in professional reviews and ratings on Trulia!

Regards,

The site lists homes for sale that are listed with a Realtor. If you are using a Relator, they can update the photos. If your home is not for sale, then it can't be listed.

You bet this is a good strategy...
when property executed.
-
Done incorrectly, you will end up negotiating with yourself. In that situation you ALWAYS lose!
-
Done properly, your offer actually removes an obstacle that prevents the buyer from making a decision. As we hear so many times, price is only ONE element in the purchase offer. Each buyer and each seller has their very own 'currency' that creates a unique opportunity to create value.
-
This is when your agent being present for showings and pursuing feedback from the buyers agent...QUICKLY is essential.
-
Remember, don't negitiate with yourself,,,,,,add value by removing obstacles.

Best of success,

Mike B.,

The proof of funding documentation would be supplied by your Buyer's financial institution or source of funds (like the hard money lender mentioned in Scott's answer). Typically it is issued on the financial institution's letterhead and signed by an officer or other authority figure of that institution.

The best way is to ask a local realtor for sold comps as a favor but make sure you tell the realtor it is becos you want to refinance and not sell...Or have an appraisal done. Good luck.
