For example, if the listing agreement stated that the commission would be 7%, then the buyer's agent would receive 3.5% and the sales agent would get 3.5%. If one agent fills both roles, then he or she would be entitled to the full commission. Of course, the commission is negotiable and differs from agent to agent, state to state and even transaction to transaction. if your home is listed on Trulia, it should be listed with an agent.....the agent can make corrections, not the seller/owner.....
