It will indeed vary but if a landlord wants to stay competitive with rental prices, rent should be in the $750-850 range in North Buffalo area.

In most cases the homes are usually around 120 to 80 years old. At some point the chimneys flue was converted to accommodate the hot water tank, boiler, or forced air furnace the would have been installed sometime between the 1930-60's. This rendered the fireplace as nothing more than ceremonial. Try a gas insert, or electric insert, or just leave it be. The are usually very sought after. Good luck! ... more
