Dear Dr,

There is both types of construction in Essex Pointe, yet the majority of it is frame. There are some concrete block constructed homes there as well. Of the two homes that are presently available, both are of frame construction. Both do have their advantages. If you would like to learn more about this read this article that I wrote - http://orlando-blogger.com/2008/12/concrete-block-stucco-cbs-vs-frame-construction/

If you are not currently working with a Realtor, let me know what you're looking for in a home & I'll be more than happy to assist you with your search. If, in the meantime, you would like to search for available properties in the leisure of your own home or office, just go to my site www.OrlandoHomes-4u.com and click on 'Search For Homes.'

Looking forward to hearing from you & your feedback.

Best Regards,

Let me know if you have any more specifics, and I can get you the Trend info... ... more
