If you find a rental listing on Trulia that you believe is a scam, please alert our Customer Service team as soon as possible. You can us the 'Report an error' button on the listing page to do that, or you can send our team an email via the link below. If you use the latter method, please be sure to include either a link to the property on our site, or the complete property address and price.

The first answer is correct in that it is difficult for Trulia to pull all home information to satisfy all interested buyers. However I'll be sure to mention your question to our product team to alert them of your interest in this information.

Not all companies participate in Trulia. Trulia gets its info from brokers and agents that participate in Trulia, by either manual input or automatic feed. Either way, there are homes that were not listed on Trulia. If you are trying to get comps, I would suggest asking a local realtor for help. You would get the most accurate and up to date comps!
