Hello Ryan,
We are thinking about entering the container home arena as well. In north miami beach, can you build something (anything) on a lot that's 2500 sq ft?

Hi,

The data you reported is coming from your county records and gathered by a third-party data collector.

Angelica P answered:
Hi,

We display property information on Trulia to provide consumers with transparent real estate information. We receive this information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from your county. Our mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate and mortgages. For this reason, we do not remove public record property information from Trulia.

Please note when you update your information, it creates an additional 'Owner Information' section as opposed to completely replacing the Public Record section. The public record section is a section that comes directly from county records, because of this we do not have a way to edit or remove this information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and if it is correct on your county, it will be updated on Trulia when the updated data gets sent to us. We do not have a way to expedite this process. Please be assured that your property is currently off the market right now, meaning it does not appear in the results for active listings.
