Hi Michael
This property is not yet for sale. The current owners have missed at least one payment & the bank has notified tehm that they will still the foreclosure process.
The $83000 frigure represents what the bank is owed on this property.
If you are looking for information on distressed properties, I would welcome the opportunity to assist you. Please give me a call at 440-487-2193 or drop me an email and I will be happy to send you a list of distressed properties that either are in the foreclosure process or are bank owned.
Let me know the areas that are of the most interest to you and the types that you are interested in and I can set you up with a list of currently available properties.

Hi Annette,
Sorry that this one is no longer ACTIVE in the MLS.
If I may, I would like to suggest 2 things to assisit you.
First, I would like to set you up with a FREE home search that will make you aware of EVERY listing in the MLS that is in the area that you are most interested in moving to that meets your criteria: price range-bedrooms--bathrooms--size, etc. This search will be different for a couple of reasons:
1) The info is current. It is fed DIRECTLY from the MLS.
2) You can sort through this list, delete those that have no interest and save those that you would like to see.
3) You will save time and aggravation because you do not need to check over other websites and after you have eliminated a listing as a reject, you don't need to go over it again.
4) Most importantlty, when NEW listings come out-You will know about them right away. AND when there are price changes to existing homes-You will be notified when there is a price reduction.

The other thing that I would like to suggest t, as you have indicated that you are a Buyer & Seller is a unique program that I have available to my clients that rewards clients for Selling their home with me & then buying their next home with me. My "Round-trip Loyalty Bonus" has saved my clients thousands of dollars on their real estate transactions.
If you would like to knmow the details, please call me at 440-487-2193 or e-mail me at jwirsing@kw.com
Sincerely,
John Wirsing
