I will just give you the statistics I am aware of. Most of the homes in the area are multi-family types with a median price of about $660,000 (half of these properties sold for higher prices, half sold for lower prices). The median household income in the area is about $30,000 per year. 70% of the population in the area rent as opposed to 30% that own in the neighborhood.
