Very Strict in Gloucester. I've never heard of Temp CO there. You either get the CO or don't...

they will not allow you live in there until the CO is complete. Unless it is just a door handle then maybe.

I saw you were looking for a Lease to buy property I know of one by the owner but it is not in gloucester but town next to.

Your agent might want to exchange out pictures, description, does your home have curb appeal? Not knowing list price of your home can make a difference $350K and up families need to qualify SOME FAMILIES across the country have decided to cut back on amount of home and purchase a home less in value.
