Dear Allenlightcap,

Some property posts on Trulia and other sites do not have the address. They come from Realty Track website which collects information from tax records about foreclosure auction alerts for these properties.

It means that the house is not actually listed for sale. If homeowner stops the foreclosure, or if it is purchased from the courthouse steps, the house will be gone for good.

If you are interested in purchasing a house from the court steps, regardless of all the issues this type of purchase involves, you may want to create an account with Realty Track (not free) to get all the specifics about such type of properties.
I will be happy to share more details on how these transactions work. Please feel free to call or email at your convenience.
