Having a resource to help with HOA information and documents makes life easier for real estate agents. Recently, when selling a home in Ohio, Association Online provided me with all the HOA details for the listing, and then provided all the documents - by-laws, financial statements, covenants, etc. They made sure the package was complete, making my work easier. Their web site is well organized and very easy to use - . Call their team of experts – they are great to work with (970-226-1324). ... more

Hi Cindy,

This property is not yet in mls. The foreclosure action started in June 2012 and it looks like this bank acquired this property recently. I tracked down the name of the attorneys who handled the foreclosure and could give them a call. I think it is unlikely a showing could be arranged quickly. Some lenders want to complete their pre-listing process first and may already be committed to a listing agent. Ed Mesheski deals with quite a few foreclosures and may be best suited to cut through the waiting. If you would like me to make a few calls, feel free to call or email me. 414 688-8929 or ... more

It looks like it would have the bungalow-type entrance on the side; where you go up the stairs to the upper unit or into the main floor, or downstairs to the basement. I do have a call in to the listing agent to find out for you. Will post as soon as I hear back from them.

If there is anything else you have questions on, please don't hesitate to ask: call, text, or email!

The link provided only mentions Brook Park Dr. The goal of the link appears to be to encourage visitors to subscribe to a pay service. It appears the foreclosure is just at the beginning stages which means the auction is likely many months away and may not happen. I have found the foreclosure properties, I have for sale, on some pretty questionable websites claiming to offer rent option which the bank's were not offering. This link seems more credible but it is advisable to use caution. Properties that are actually going to sheriff sale are posted at the county court house. Brook Park Estates was started in the mid 1970's. During the last real estate bust in the early 1980's construction slowed down. Things picked up in the late 1980's into the 1990's. I would need an exact address to find the year built. Keep in mind some municipalities use the date the permit is pulled, others the date occupancy is given. ... more

You have received alot of very good information from some fellow Realtors. As I tell my Sellers- the value of your home is in the eyes of the Buyers. They determine what the "market value" is on every property. A home is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
Therefore, to make sure that you are able to weigh all your options and have access to all the facts- you would be wise to work with a Buyer's Agent. Not all agents charge a "fee" for Buyer Agency representation.
I have never charged a fee, and don't plan to. I work for FREE until I am successful in getting my clients to closing on the home that they have determined best fits their needs. I am paid through the listing broker - not by my Buyers.

There are many qualified Realtors here to help you. Take the time to talk with them.

All the Best to you!
