Nobody can give you any estimate of any kind with this little information, a good market evaluation starts with an experienced area Realtor to visit your home, take inventory, explore with you all the updates and upgrades (recent ones) age of certain items like furnace, A/C, roof appliances etc., then the Realtor will
compare your home to those similar that have recently sold, by making adjustments when and where necessary, let's say you have 2.5 baths and the next most similar home has 3.5 baths and is on 1 1/2 acre, then the Realtor will deduct from the average pricing, the value for one less full bath, and add
value for the extra 1/2 acre.... So with this little information there is not much we can give you here.

The local MLS is not too tolerant of misspellings or even alternate spellings. Subject property was input as 12 Powder Horn Hl which is seen as different from either Powder Horn Hill or Powderhorn ... You have to try many different spellings and you will get many listings. The MLS also a directional field for north, south east and west. As a result streets like North LAkeshore can be trouble as N Lake Shore etc, etc...

Brookfield in a wonderful town. My husband and I relocated from White Plains, New York in 2000. Our children have both attended the Brookfield public school system. My daughter Kaitlyn is a Freshman at Arcadia University this year and I feel that she was very well prepared for the experience because of the schools. My son, Ryan, is currently a Junior at BHS. He participates in Football, Wrestling and Field and the coaches have been wonderful.

The town itself has so much to offer. To start, there aren't many towns that I can think of that have two recreational lakes. We are very lucky to have the Brookfield Craft Center which attracts artisians from all over the world. We have a brand new Senior Center. It is such a picturesque New England town. My husband commutes to Harrison, New York everyday which is a very manageable commute.

With lower housing prices and taxes than Westchester, it was a very easy choice for us to make and, I am happy to say, that if we had it to do over again, we would have made the same decision.
