Hello Rev Fernandez,

How are you? I hope you're doing well.

That budget is quite low for a standard market rate rental of a 2 bedroom apartment. If you're still in the market for a place I would suggest that you check out this new construction project at 2311 Tiebout Avenue because there are a number of units there which are priced below market for moderate income wage earners. Here's the link http://www.nyc.gov/html/hpd/downloads/pdf/Tiebout-Avenue.pdf

I wish you all the best in your search for a new home :-)

Looking forward,

Christine Gordon

Hello Abena,

How are you? I hope you're doing well. Like Pam, I'm not sure if you need a rental or are interested in buying but I just wanted to let you know that I have a beautiful & very modern renovated HDFC coop available for $70k. The maintenance is only $700/mo. Extremely affordable for a large 1bdrm than can easily be converted into a 2bdrm apt.

Looking forward,

That sounds really great, I upload the rentals but I noticed that you can't feature them. Just a suggestion but I think it will be great to also promote in certain areas.

Emily Erekuff answered:
Hi Fred,

Assuming that you're searching for an address that includes multiple units, the most likely reason you don't see all units listed when you perform a general search is that these listings haven't been submitted to us yet. Though we have relationships with many MLSs and franchises that send listings to us, many listings are submitted to us directly by agents and there are still agents out there who've yet to get their listings on our site.

I hope this answers your question. If not, or if you have any other questions, please let me know.

Best Wishes,
