if the price seems too good to be true - most likely it isn't true..... and it is a scam listing.

if the "landlord" says they can't show you the home in person......and then they ask you to wire money for the keys, it is definitely a scam............stay away.........

These nasty con men use real listings...cut and paste the photos, and create fake listings!

Check with a local agent for verification that you are dealing with the legitimate owner or property manager.
