Which home are you asking about? I work with lots of buyers yearly and would need your parameters on what type of home you are looking for, such as bedrooms, baths, location, price and any other important features in your next home plus your email address so i could put you in market snapshot which will send you listings as they become new on the market that are in your parameters.

No other usage for your email-i dont like getting junk mail either. Have a great day!

So you are trying to borrow $10,000.? The best way to establish credit is to open a secured credit card-which means that you take for example, $500 to the bank of your choice. You tell them you want to open a secured credit card for that amount. They take your $500 so they can make sure you are covered for charges up to $500.
Then you charge monthly things on it like your gasoline for vehicle. Then pay it off every month on time. After 6 months to a year your credit will have increased. While you are at the bank talk with a loan officer for mortgages and ask them all the qualifications currently for buying a home with a loan. And you can go thru the checklist. And in a short time you can obtain your own loan to purchase.
Good luck!!!
