MLS has date settings and allows agents to pull comparable sales from a specific date range — say January to May of 2010. We can then use those comparable sales to recreate the market conditions of the time period. This can be extremely helpful when pricing unique properties or infill development when you have few comparable sales in your marketplace recently. And if you are in a larger city, the Case-Shiller index tracks housing prices in major metro areas and has done so for decades. Kcruz, not sure exactly what your question is. However, if you are looking for homes by zipcode in Branchburg , the zip codes are shared. 08876 is somerville and North Branch Station mailing, and most of Branchburg uses that. Branchburg also uses the zip 08853 for the Neshanic Station part of town, which shares with parts of Hillsborough township. I hope this helps. ... more
