If there were such properties available, they'd have to be underpriced ... and in this market, where homes are selling almost as quickly as they're listed, the odds are against you. Looking for a bargain in a sellers' market will likely be futile. You might want to expand your geographical parameters just a bit, or increase your price point. Best of luck.
Sometimes your Realtor can get that information off of our Tax information about 4-6 weeks after the sale if all information is filed at the county properly. Deed history is not always available, but sometimes we get a suprise and its all there.... more
