Sounds like you want to rent a property - contacting an active local realtor is your best bet. Of course, i would be happy to help you in your search.

In Brentwood, you are looking at a price range of $1700 to $3000 with most good rentals falling somewhere close to $2,200.

My number is 925-752-3969 if you have more questions. Hope this helps!

Hi Jaylynn,
If this question still pertains to your situation then I believe that it would be in your best interest to find a Realtor simply because it is important to have a Realtor available 24/7 at your fingertips. This would really help your relocation from utah to Brentwood as smooth as possible. Honestly though either way you go will work I just believe it would be in your best interest to find a Realtor that you feel comfortable with. I hope you have a stress free relocation! Brentwood is beautiful, you will love it. Best wishes.

If you look at the year the property is built you maybe able to determine that way. For most properties from like 1975 and higher may. The newer you get the more definite that they will have air. Keep in mind older homes could have been updated with air conditioning. Hope this helps, but you can always contact the agent with the listing or your agent and they can find out for you.
Good luck.

I do not know of any rent to own properties, much less ones with land. There was a company that was doing rent to own, but do not believe they were reputable.

Hope this helps!!

I would love to buy a house, but we will only be in California a year or two at the most so I just can't see buying one and then trying to resell with the way the housing market and the economy is going. ... more
