Hi. Ask your Realtor to pull up relevant properties in the area that are occupied. Once you have those submit a request to CA utilities to request the yearly bill of the property. That will give you a rough idea. I agree with Kent that many factors can impact the bill. If someone works from home electric would be more. If the house faces a direction that gets a lot of direct sun then the AC will need to be run more and that will increase the number. But requesting a yearly summary will give you a start. ... more

Since you are a Realtor, I'm not sure why you are asking this question. You have access to the MLS like the agents who have responded below - I'd recommend you make use of Clarus MarketMetrics - it's a free benefit many of us use to gauge market activity. ... more

Goooooooooogle Maaaap..... You know once you have an address, just go to google.com, select
google maps, enter the address and look at the map and you will see. This way for any property you
have that same choice, you can also find out how far a property is from let's say school or work....
Nice way to get those important information
and then of course if you work with a local Buyers Agent, your personal committed Realtor, you will
have that one stop real estate resource center, working on your behalf and in your interest only.
Remember listing agents have a listing agreement contract with the Seller and work in the best interest of and for the Sellers. Your Buyers Agent works for YOU and in your interest and provides you with a multitude of valuable services, at no cost to YOU, as Buyers agent in most cases are
paid from the proceeds of the Sellers at the closing, if they are listing with a brokerage and are
in the local multiple listing service, all that is required from YOU is your commitment to just ONE
Realtor and your absolute loyalty to your personal Buyers Agent, so that he or she can be just
as committed and loyal to you.

Good Luck to you

Hope this helps...

Michael,

I am a broker in Brentwood. Deer Ridge is not a gated community, but it is a very nice Golf Course Community up in the hills. I suggest you check the Crime Stats per the web site.

Brentwood has several Gated Communities for families, including Apple Hill. It also have 5 gated Active Adult 55+ communities.

I live and work in Brentwood and my family is very happy here and with the community.

The link below is all the Brentwood homes currently on the market. Please give me a call if you have any questions.

Yes Yahannia. The best way is to contact me "your agent" in the brentwood area. I work with Coldwell Banker Brentwood Area, and we have toons of listings on properties for lease in this area. To me this is the best way to do it because we can make sure to find what you are looking for and is totally free for you.

Send me your info, I add you to the MLS database (multi listing service) and you start to have access to everything that comes into the market in this area.

You tell me which one you like and I help you to put the whole thing together.

What do you think????

Hello Travis,

I can get the information for you on whichever area you are interested in but keep in mind some properties are sold in distress so you all this has to be calculated into the equation. Is there a particular property you are looking at? If so, I can get you comps on sq ft in that area just to give you an idea. good luck :)

Good Afternoon,

If you would like additional information on the homes during that period, could you be a bit more specific. As Chuck said, there were 209 homes sold during that time.

Trulia only goes back 9 months on sold properties however, Zillow.com goes back 12 months and should give you the information you need if you want to look it up yourself.

Thank you
