Commissions are by law Negotiable. If that's what Agent A charges, talk to some more agents to see what they charge and more important, what they do for their fee. Not all high price agents are full service and not all "discount" agents are a bargain. I've consistently advised people to find the best possible agent as the highest priority, not the commission.
