A national real estate agency well known in the area of the home is the best bet. RE/MAX, Keller Williams, BBH are all good choices. They will have marketing support to reach out nationally and well as locate knowledge. At the RE/MAX office in Brecksville there is always internal communications to find matches for rental opportunities in Brecksville.

One thing I would like to point out is that the MLS will not allow you to list your property as a luxury/corporate or executive rental. It can be seen as a violation of the fair housing act.

You should have no problems with obtaining a great tenant. I listed a creek view condo in Brecksville very late Thurdsay evening and already have 3 appointments to show.

I am in the property management group in the Brecskville RE/MAX office feel free to give me a call 216 333-5145, We can not only find a tenant but can manage the property for you.

The tax rate in Brecksville is approx 2.25%, so take .0225 and multiple times home value as an estimate for the year.

It's absolutely a seller's market right now , we have a lot of buyers and not a lot of inventory which causes home prices to rise, however I would have to also say that with today's low interest rates, and a professional realtor with good negotiating skills, a good deal for buyers is not hard to find....I would love to further carry on this conversation or answer any further questions so feel free to personally call me anytime (440) 591-2984 ... more

The most important criteria is that they are a reputable company. Secondly, consider the fee schedule and compare to other title companies. Also, ask for references from others who have used them before. Experienced realtors can also provide guidance on selecting the right title company for your situation. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

The average seems to be between $95-$115 a square foot. There are a lot of really nice properties in Brecksville right now at a great deal. I am very familiar with the area and would love to show you around or help you find/sell a home.

Please contact me to set up a time to discuss what you are looking for in a Realtor.
