Like Amy says: This house is to be up for auction Bids starting at
$ 50,000 and up. Fair Market Value might not even get it. Highest
Bidder takes it- unless the seller still isn't satisfied!
Still excited? Good Luck!
If you are a serious buyer , you might want to consider the most
productive use of your time. Looking for a deal? Compare to the Market
not" bidding frenzy".
If I can help with your search -Contact me Directly- Best of Success!

? If you are serious about buying in this seller’s market you'll need to find a good Realtor that can answer ALL your questions for this property and others. Go to the top of Trulia and click on Find An Agent, then input the city you are interested in. The top Realtors will appear, click on their profile AND read their recommendation letters. If a Realtor has been in business for a minimum 10 years and has lots of recommendations then I’d call and interview the top 3 that have that level of experience and success. ... more

Most associations - - including country club communities - - in the Boca, Delray and Boynton areas do permit seasonal rentals. Permitted time lengths may vary.

This home in Boynton Beach is in Hunters Run, a country club community. Anyone can live there but you will have an upfront membership equity payment of just under $50,000 when you purchase. Yearly club fees, which are mandatory, will run a minimum of at least $9,000 for a social membership, and more if you purchase a golf membership.

Monthly HOA fees are additional. If you are looking for a country club lifestyle, you will enjoy living in Hunters Run, and you will not find condos that compare with this at such low prices except in another country club community.

Paula Lebow, PA answered:
The active adult population has exploded in Boynton Beach in the last 8-10 years. Many communities of 500+ homes have been built. As a result of this popularity, the demand increased and prices steadily rose to extreme prices till about 2006. At that point, the homes became unaffordable and undesireable to many prospective buyers. Therefore sales dropped. Now with lower prices, I have noticed an increase in potential buyers. However, it is still a buyers' market. ... more

I think you've received enough answers here to satisfy your question. The question now becomes: Will you pursue a purchase in a private community such as Hunter's Run, or will you seek something without the mandatory equity membership?

I am located in Boynton Beach just off the corner of Woolbright and Federal highway. I'd love to help you find the right home for you. I also own one of the premier mortgage companies in Palm Beach County, Streamline Financial Group. If I can help you qualify for a loan (conventional, FHA or Reverse) please don't hesitate to give me a call.

You will find that a 60 pound pet is a problem in almost any condominium or townhouse development.

Most of the condos that allow pets (and there are very few of them) restrict dogs to 30 pounds or less. Or 20 pounds or less. A couple of the luxury condos in Boca Raton allow large dogs, but this tolerance of large pets in condos is very rare.

If you're looking for a home in Boynton Beach and you have a large pet or two or three that are over 50 pounds, you will need to find a single family home, typically in a non-gated community.

In addition, the less expensive the HOA fees, the fewer restrictions you are likely to find in terms of pets or anything else.

Tom Priester answered:
Brabwood,

The property you are inquiring about is located in Northern Pines and yes the land transferred with the property and is owned individually. The property closed for $47,000 back in July for $47,000. There is no lot rent as you own the property but there is an association in the community and the fees are very reasonable at $120 per month. We do have a few other similar opportunities if you are interested.

I hope this information is helpful but if you need anything additional please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Fins Up,
