1. Residents can only walk common property around the building they own? Fees and prorated ownership would need to be adjusted for all residents. Are YOU willing to pay those costs?

2. All common property is for viewing only. This avoids selective enforcement, but can decrease quality of life factors.

4. Have HOA amend rules and regs to restrict voyeurism to daylight hours. Becoming a member of the board is the fastest way to success in the effort.

No, your privacy is not being violated. You failed to understand that common shared real estate is exactly what it implies. Folks on beaches, golf courses, communities restricting privacy fences and condo ownership situations need to understand what they are buying. Like you, many, many buyers value privacy and will make their purchase decisions based on this attribute.

Brian a market analysis gives you a snapshot of what todays value is. If you are looking for value say 1 year ago, it is only limited to what sold a year ago, there would not be any current listings to use on that section of it. But i or any agent can look back and get past sales that will assist you. I hope this helps ... more
