As all have stated, yes, you can and that depends upon your credit.
First thing first, get yourself a Realtor, get the information on the home, comps and such.. ask the Realtor for some local Mortgage consultants at a bankâ€¦ not brokers. Select a Mortgage representative and discuss the property and your financial situation and get pre approved â€¦.then move fast!
Find a good agent that can recommend mortgage consultants that can help you. I personally find that referrals are usually the way to go.. Especially with mortgage reps!
