I've lived in Linwood for over 30 yrs. and the area has went downhill greatly during that time. It used to be a working class homeowner neighborhood but has become an area of welfare/Sect. 8/unemployed scumbag families.That allow their kids to run unsupervised to all hours of the night. Kind of a Chester Jr. so I would not recommend anyone with kids to even consider this area due to the bad influence. No major crime but the vandalism is getting out of hand. It seems you're that your expected to watch the scumbags kids because they are too busy being unemployed.

Your landlord can not force you to move simply because you are having another child.

Familial Status is a protected status and discrimination on that basis is prohibited.

However the local zoning laws relative to habitation may not allow siblings of different genders to occuoy the same bedroom or their could be other limitations on the number of people allowed per number of bedrooms.
These would be local ordinances that you can verify at the township.

Always have a home inspection and always make sure your contract lets you walk if the home is not satisfactory. There are other builders in your area. If these folks don't want to hear your concerns after the inspection, look for a company that is confident enough in its work that it is not threatened by an inspection.

I always ask if you are not paying your mortgage, what is the rent for??? I don't think that there is a mortgage on just the property that we wish to purchase, as it has been subdivided from another property, and they had originally been purchased together.

That's just the thing; for a construction loan, they either want it to be raw land, or they would require us to tear down the existing structure. We've been exploring the options of small banks and reaching out to ones that may listen to our story. We've had zero luck with large banks. We've seen other barn conversions in the county, and there is an old farmhouse renovation right next to it that is on the market for about twice what the purchase/reno of the the barn would cost. It's a great project, we just have to find someone who'll listen to us long enough to find out what a great project it is!

That is wrong. I would contact her broker. If she is the broker, well that's even worse.

She knows you had the test and doesn't want to face reality. I would agree that you should indeed send her the results, plus a reply to the inspections IN WRITING.
