They typically pay 3% for a Buyers agent in a new development. Some pay 4-5% its according to the builder. If you are interested in new construction give me a call. I have a great program for buyers of new homes. We offer piece of mind that the house is watched during the build process.

It is a little selective in this arena for your age but there may also be some other options that aren't necessarily mobile homes that may fit your budget. Perhaps you want three bedrooms, but really only need two, and having a third bedroom for occasional guests ups the price significantly. You need to separate your requirements into "must-have" and "would be nice to have". Perhaps you have children and want a specific school district-that would be a must-have, on the other hand, high-end cabinets and countertops can always be added later-that's a would be nice to have feature.
I work with many first-time buyers and those shopping for the most affordable homes. In most all situations, paring down your requirements greatly increases your chances for finding a home that will fit your budget.
