Atlantans? Define "Atlantan."
I love the Whistle Stop, but one hour away from downtown in rural Georgia is not necessarily a high demand market for "Atlantans", based on my experience.
And, the I75 southside commute is arguably the worst in the city, so when that one hour becomes 90 minutes or more, you find a rare breed of homeowner seeking your particular product.
Check out my article from June 2011 about the ring of death around metro Atlanta...these towns are even farther beyond exurban and are truly rural - they are all outside the ring of death, so I would venture that there are more folks with money in Macon,Thomaston and Griffin who might be candidates...
