Emily Erekuff answered:
Hi Karla,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for reaching out to us about this issue. I believe that the property in question is the following: http://www.trulia.com/property/1075032583-1900-N-Farwell-Ln-Boise-ID-83713

Our display shows this property to have 4 bedrooms and bathrooms and 960 square-feet because that is the information that Keller Williams is sending to us. If you access the link below to their display, you will see that they show this same information on their site as well. I thus recommend that you contact Keller Williams to ensure that they update the information they show on their site and include in the data feed they send to us. Once they update their data feed, our display will update automatically thereafter to show the new information.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or feedback for us about this.

Best Wishes,

Emily Gibson

Hi Patty,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question.

The answer below is not entirely correct. Only listings that have been submitted to Trulia manually can be edited at this time. We receive your listing information from Windermere thus you'll need to contact them to ensure that they update the price for your listing in the data feed they send to us. Once they do so our display will update automatically thereafter with the new price.

Please let us know if you have any other questions about this or if you have any feedback to share with us.

Best Wishes,

Chris Conway answered:
Alan,

The sales data on Trulia is compiled from public records that are available at county assessor, tax, and recorder offices. Trulia receives regular updates from its data sources, but there are certain "non-disclosure" states where sales information is not available for public review. In most states, the sales price for a transaction is recorded on the deed that is filed with the local jurisdiction. Non-disclosure states do not collect and/or do not disclose the sales amount. Idaho is one such non-disclosure state where sales information is not readily available to the public.
