With ll due respect Trulia is not going to call you and guide you through listing on their site. That is not what they do. Listing properties is what agents do. And if you cannot figure out how to list on the internet, how are you planning to draft legally binding contracts with your biggest asset? I HIGHLY suggest you use an agent as a misstep could cost you a LOT more in legal fees and issues along the way than commission; this is coming from a real estate attorney as well as agent and we see it all the time. ... more

If you want to be on the beach or an easy walk to our amazing beaches and are not familiar with the area you may also want to check out Singer Island, Juno Beach and Jupiter where you will find some of the easiest beach access and best beaches in Palm Beach County. There you will want to focus on zip code 33477 for Jupiter, 33408 for Juno Beach and 33404 for Singer Island. If you are looking for investment properties pay very close attention to the restrictions in any condominium or town home. Some great returns available on single family on Singer Island unencumbered by associations and strong rental interest throughout the year.

Whether you are looking solely in the Boca Raton area or just your perfect home in the Florida sun you are best suited to be working with a Realtor® who is looking out for your best interests in this constantly changing market. A very clear description of your specific requirements is the best place to start and if I can be of service to you and your family I would appreciate the opportunity to be one of the buyers agents you may choose to interview. We cover the tri-county area and are experts in finding our clients that "needle in the haystack.

Best of luck and if I can offer anything additional please let me know.

Always at Your Service,

Tom Priester e-PRO

Emily Erekuff answered:
Hi Marilyn,

Thank you for reaching out to us about this issue. If you access the link below you should see that your price change has come through for this listing. I'm afraid that only listings submitted to Trulia manually can be edited at this time, but we are working to make all listings editable in the future. In the meantime, please note that we receive your listing information, not from your MLS, but rather directly from Keller Williams. They update the data feed they send to us based on the information you input into the KWLS and once we review that feed and see those updates, our display updates automatically.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback about this.

Best Wishes,

Hi again David,

Tonya is correct. Postlets should send all of your listings to us. I highly encourage you to provide our CS team with a few examples of your missing listings so they can investigate the issue. Please also be sure to alert them if any of your current listings on Trulia show incorrect contact information as well.

Noah Alweiss answered:
your question, is actually a very accurate one, and one repeated by our clients
on a montly basis when curious about the area. when we speak with our relocation
customers throughout the country.

Regardless of whether you want to be close to a particular shopping center,
intersection or even place of worship, we have a way to subdivide chunks of a
zip code, each including a limited amount of communities, in order to simplify
it for searches. obviously any full time real estate professional in my area has
access to this. we happened to be very familiar with this process as well.

If we can be of any assistance to you or your current Realtor, we would be
pleased to send you that information.

Best Of Luck & Happy Holidays...

Ute Ferdig answered:
Hi Beverly. Yes, I can imagine that getting calls from buyers who rely on this inaccurate info is frustrating. On the other hand, the could turn into leads for other properties in their price range. Hope you can turn this into a good situation for you. If properly explained, I think these buyers will understand where the problem lies. The same is true when people look at Realty Trac and they believe that the $$ they see are actual asking prices. I have seen many posts here on Trulia asking whether the price they saw is really the price.

Best regards,
Ute Ferdig
