Hi Mygangof7, as far as sale you need to discuss it with HOA. As far as getting a mortgage, you may need to secure a private loan.
Good Luck

Mizner Park, Downtown Delray, are two of Boca Delray's greatest areas to go for New Years Eve. If you are looking for a nightlife atmosphere and multicultural restaurants, shows or events. Downtown Delray is a upbeat lively area with tons of restaurants to choose from and places to watch the fireworks, along with a great place to have dinner or go to a club. Absolutely!! January is probably the busiest month of the year for sales along the beach. People who have seasonal rentals decide that they'd like a place of their own, and the winter months increase the tourist traffic substantially. The crowds really gather toward the end of December, but are too enscoinced in holiday preparations to make a move. That's why, when New Years has come and gone, property sales increase dramatically. ... more

Jennifer Susanne Sommers answered:
Dear Steve,

In Palm Beach County, the Seller chooses the closing agent. The Seller may choose to use their attorney for closing. If you feel more comfortable, having an attorney represent you, then I would suggest hiring a different firm to represent you as it would be a conflict of interest.

Dear Jan,

A couple things people look for in buyers agents are:

1. Educate Buyers' on current market conditions
2. Help buyers in narrowing down specific areas and communities that best suits their lifestyle.
3. Negotiate the best price and terms for their buyers

Always a pleasure,
