There seem to be more foreclosures than agent represented homes, and as of July 2017, houses are on the market 1 day and then pending before we even see it.

Hi Simajarr,

I can help you with that. I'm a realtor assistant, almost licensed.. just waiting on approval from the state, and I work with my dad Jim Thornton at Next RE. We're very familiar with the Blue Bell area. If you'd like, please get in touch with my dad, Jim, or myself and we can send you some listings in Blue Bell or answer any of your questions.

Best,
Jim & Laura Thornton

Townhouse fees are now $392 per month, as of October 2015. Only problem is, it's nearly impossible to find out what is included in that fee! It doesn't include golf, which is extra, I think it does include use of the swimming pool and tennis courts.

Also it includes trash removal, snow removal, and landscape maintenance.

Hi Rahul-Singh23,

I agree! Some homes bought during those years did not appreciate enough to make a profit or break even. I see many Short Sales on the market this 2013 season.

I can assess your property market price if you'd like!

I'm a licensed PA Agent ! I live in FortWashington, PA in beautiful Montgomery County.

Please call or email me in the near future!

GRATEFULLY,

Alexis Jeffries

You should ask an attorney that question. Who is preparing the lease? Technically you can do it that way but this is a legal question and only attorneys can answer that.

Not only will your agent guide you through the paperwork process, they will work with you one on one, to help discover market value of the home your are interested and pull comps to show you what it should sell for this giving you a bit of leverage when putting in your offer. ... more
