If your a 1st time buyer NOW is the time to buy in Bloomington!
Inventory is good, mortgage rates are the lowest they been in years and the Stimulus money $8,000 potential and other local grants in Bloomington/Normal make this THE best time in buy.

I recently was able to secure over $13,000 worth of incentives and grants for a qualified 1st time buyer.
You have until November 30, 2009 to buy and close so don't delay and miss out on the incentives.

Call me @ 309-532-2920 and we can discuss the market availability in greater detail.
