Do you have date for trustee sale and only receive papers for NOS or they actually sold your house. If it is sold-you have to find the attorney, if it is not sold yet give me a call.

I hope you have been saving all that mortgage money, and that you have a hefty savings.
Unfortunately, Florida is a RECOURSE state, and the Bank can come and take all that away from you.
You have received a NOTICE OF DEFAULT, either mailed to you, or tacked on your door.
Next, you would receive a NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE, which is the last step in the Foreclosure process: On the day of the Trustee Sale, you will no longer own the house, one way or another.
From that point, you should plan on 30 days to move; give or take.

Good luck and may God bless

Since you haven't found a place to move as yet, speak to the agent and request an extension on the date to vacate. But in the meantime, you must find a place to move. If the bank thinks that you're not actively looking for alternate housing, they could refuse to extend and you can be evicted.

Best of luck to you!!
