As the other replies have said, it is really up to you whether to sell or rent. One approach that I absolutely agree with is to look at each option with accurate financial numbers. One thing I am curious about is your statement that you will lose money if you sell now. The market is still good and there is a possibility you wont have to take a loss. I would be happy to discuss this with you further, in order to help you make the most informed decision possible. ... more

My name is Dynette Jones. I am with McGraw Realtors. I know of an acreage with 80 acres, but owner willing to split it into 40 acres. One 40 has a gutted home that is ready for remodel, but while remodeling it has a huge out building that has a newly remodeled 2 bedroom apartment inside. It is fully pipe railed, burmuda grass, with a pond. Beautiful place and it is South of Bixby. Let me know if you would like to take a look.

Bixby has an awesome school system. I have two vacant lots listed in The Enclave at Harvard Pond sub-division that has ponds, neighborhood pool and playground area. The owner of these lots is offering a build and decorating incentive. Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions.

Well, you don't give us a hint of what the bad experience was, and second, here you are asking more agents for help! I go along with the advice that once you've told your agent about your dissatisfaction, if you still are unhappy, then go to their broker or manager. There are also sites like Yelp that let you post comments. ... more

Thomas Tremblay answered:
In New Hampshire the state has a Seller's Disclosure Form where the owner must answer whether or not the property has ever been used as a meth lab. No so on crimes and/or death natural or violent. However, a good agent can and should get the answers for you if you ask. If the state you are in does require disclosure of a meth lab, again, ask your agent to confirm one way or the other by simply asking the owners. The owner and agent are responsible for telling the truth in these matters or face potentially serious consequences.
