It is possible to get a lease for as long or as short as you want. It is a matter between the rentor and tenant. Have you heard of cities leasing properties or buildings to companies for 99 years?

In fact, many landlords would love a long-term lease like that because it would mean that they would not have to worry about finding a new tenant anytime soon.

I am always open to helping people with Real Estate issues even if they are not going to buy. I have helped so many people with their mortgage modifications for free and evey single one of them has sent me a refferal (or two).

You have to earn their trust face to face. The internet gives you the opportunity to get new clients that will become loyal and a source of referrals.
