This is the down side of Renting to Own or Lease Purchase. No lender will give you a loan with your credit scores. They are too low. During the time you lived in this home, you should have worked hard to increase your credit scores to at least 620. You did not do this. You can try a private lender but they will charge you very high interest rates + very high fees. If you don't buy this home, you will lose all the money you paid already. Your situation is why Rent to Own or Lease Purchase is always a very bad deal for the buyer. It's only a good deal for the seller because the contract you signed states that all the money goes to the seller and you lose everything. ... more
