I would Say NO....at first gosection8.com started with good intentions but it seems others have weaseled their way in and i would say money played a role into allowing people (Owners,Agents) to post rentals far above and beyond the section8, payment standards ;-( its like anything thats a good thing seems to get ruin by others who have other motives, and shame on gosection8.com for not filtering out and banning anyone Not following section8 standards........ more

Occupancy will change drastically over the next five months. Most units are on a 30 day notice to owners, and as you see- most units are available now. There will be plenty of options for you during that time. I know of one City Federal unit on the 17th floor for a June move in- that is going to be $1650 to include water/ cable/ internet-
