Dear Tommy2181...
If you contact the agent who represented you on this purchase, they should be easily able to contact the listing agent, so he/she may remove them. It only takes a few minutes and a few clicks. If you are unable to resolve this way, trulia can do it. You can call the main phone number for trulia.com and they will be able to make the deletions on their end. I hope this helps. If you need any further help, please feel free to let me know and I will try and help. ... more

Ladybug, if you are asking about removing photos of your home from the internet after a sale or a listing that has expired, I think I can help:

*Ask your agent to disable any virtual tour they may have created, delete the post from craigslist, if they placed it there and remove it from any other sites they may have sent it to manually.

*Agents need to remove YouTube videos manually even if syndicated originally.

*If your listing was syndicated from the local MLS, once the sale has closed or the listing expired or withdrawn, the listing will no longer be sent out. This is done automatically.

*If your listing was scammed-that is, information taken from the listing and a bogus posting created, typically on craigslist- you can report the listing as SPAM right there on craigslist.

That said, your listing will remain for many years on the MLS but is only visible to member agents and member appraisers who may need the information from your sale to determine home values in your area.

I hope this helps.

Consider working with an agent of your own who can inquire on your behalf; be aware that rent to own can be risky and one could stand to lose a bit of money, therefore do inform youself well beforehand, also consult with an attorney for all related paperwork. If you haven't done so yet, visit with any licensed loan officer, see if you can buy outright... ... more

Thomas Reid answered:
The taxes don't seem too extreme for the size of the house and that it is in the City limits. I would start the grieving process with a signed purchase agreement. We could check the taxes to make sure they are correct but I know the listing agent and she is pretty good when it comes to accurate information. Call me and I can help with the process... 607-699-1013 ... more
