It appears the last sale was in 1963. I looked in the town records and the Registry of Deeds.

Unfortunately, when you see the real tytrac logo, you can be pretty sure that the listing is more designed to get you to buy their "service" than it is to help you buy the property.
I would contact a local real estate professional to save time and money.

The listing office is List Office: Homeowners Assistance Program (781) 860-8900 List Agent: Laura Sheedy .
The listing says it is only waiting on lender approval, but it is under agreement.
That probably means the buyer and the seller have agreed, and they are only waiting for the bank's ok to close.

Is the the same person who asked about the foreclosuire with no photos? I tried to email you directly if this is you I hope you received it. Not all Agents post the photos on Trulia so some listings will be more descriptive etc than others depending on the agents diligence in adding photos etc.. If you need anything else please contact me at 508-277-2032

It's true there is an accepted offer on the home. The reason for the length would have to be because it is a short sale property. It can take several months for a response from the owners bank accepting the offer.
If you have any other questions feel free to let me know!

Judy Boyle answered:
Hi Vik,

At the current asking price of $399,900, the plans include a one-car garage underneath the house. Construction has not yet begun on this home so you can modify plans....for a price. With a good buyer agent, however, you may be able to negotiate for more upgrades....and even a two-car garage! Let me know if you need further assistance. Good luck!
