A good real estate agent is very familiar with the neighborhoods where he or she shows properties. But because of the Fair Housing Act, the agent can't legally share all of that information with you. Anna is correct, you'll want to ask your agent to either change the listing information at the source, or to make the changes manually on Trulia. You can always flag the listing by clicking on the small red flag icon in the row underneath the photos. This will allow you to make comments and sends the information directly to customer support. However, if we can't verify the changes you are requesting, we'll leave the listing as-is, so unless it's just displaying incorrectly on Trulia, it's probably best to go through your agent and have the changes made at the feed source.

Yes, and Trulia is not the only site with out-of-date info. Sites like this rely on agents to keep them up-to-date, and not all agents remember to take care of that loose end.

The property in question was not currently listed for sale. It just showed public records information. But I removed it.

Dustin -- If you go into to view your listing then click report error a chart will come up where you can put the new price in and Trulia will correct within 24 hours. Theres an actual price change option. Let me know if you have any other questions - Sally ... more
