A good real estate agent is very familiar with the neighborhoods where he or she shows properties. But because of the Fair Housing Act, the agent can't legally share all of that information with you. Many customers ask about "safe" neighborhoods but the definition of safe is subjective, your definition of safe may not be the same as another person's, and answering questions about "safe" neighborhoods may actually put us agents in violation of the Fair Housing laws as it may pinpoint a certain class of people. Anna is correct, you'll want to ask your agent to either change the listing information at the source, or to make the changes manually on Trulia. You can always flag the listing by clicking on the small red flag icon in the row underneath the photos. This will allow you to make comments and sends the information directly to customer support. However, if we can't verify the changes you are requesting, we'll leave the listing as-is, so unless it's just displaying incorrectly on Trulia, it's probably best to go through your agent and have the changes made at the feed source.
