Selena,
Earlham Drive is in a great location! I used to own a home there a few years ago. It's an excellent community!

I've sold resale homes in the Wyngate neighborhood, and I built some new homes too. Please call me at 301-440-4805 if you'd like to discuss things.

Best,

That home is currently under contract and set to close on July 31. The middle school it goes to is Westland because it's in the BCC cluster. The MCPS locater is super on a per address basis, but even better is to look at the service area maps which show the boundaries by elementary schools, middle schools and high schools.

For the newcomer to all of this it's hard to find all of that data, so I've put it together for clients. Rosedale Park can be found here:

http://bethesdabuzz.com/bethesda-real-estate-neighborhoods/20814-single-family-homes/20814-rosedale-park/

You'll find a lot of school related info in one easy place as well as the current active listings for sale/rent in that neighborhood. Hope it's helpful.
