After reading your reply below, what you did was not pay rent on the 2nd lot where the mobile home is. You owe the landlord rent for every month you had possession of this lot. This is why the landlord is rejecting every applicant you have. It's nice you got a mobile home for free BUT that elderly woman who moved in with her daughter was still responsible for paying space rent and electricity on her lot. Once she left, she was not going to pay it, so since you took possession of the lot and mobile home, you were responsible to pay space rent and electricity on her lot. Basically, you're a thief because you never paid your landlord for that 2nd lot. I guarantee once you pay back all the money you owe, the landlord will accept whatever tenants you get.

Honestly, did you think you could have possession of a 2nd lot for free??? What's wrong with you?? By the way, I'm 100% positive one of your neighbors complained to the landlord about you which is how the landlord found out. I'm sure you can figure out which neighbor spilled the beans.

Trulia is not a for sale by owner site so you will be unable to list your home here with out a real estate agent. The square footage is being pulled from public record so you will need to have that fixed at the county level.
