If the house does not qualify for a USDA Rural loan, then the answer is NO.
The house may qualify for other financing products.
You need to discover why the home is being sold 'cash only.'
It may have 'issues' that will cause it ti fail home inspection and/or insurance inspection and/or appraisal.
Since it's been on the market over 100 days. the quick path to closing is not the issue.
If you are unable to uncover the issue, hire someone who can.
