You got your answer below , so I do not want to repeat the number. But if you were working with a trusted Buyers Agent to assist you in your search for your new home, you would have one resource
for all your questions and concerns, including finding, showing properties, offers, negotiations.inspections etc. etc. All that is required from you the Buyer is not a fee but your
loyalty and 100 % commitment to ONE Realtor..... Such an advantage, no buyer should try to
do this on their own.
And remember any listing agent for any property has a contract with the Seller and is legally obligated
to work in the best interest of the Seller.
