You need to be a certified contractor. The specifics vary from state to state. Once you're certified, you can inspect roofs during sales. It should help your business a lot, because it really opens up what you can do. http://crosbyroofingusa.com ... more

Ask the agent or the landlord. For a sale OR rental, in most townships a CO is required prior to closing/taking occupancy. In my experience, it is most often a check that the smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguisher are properly placed and functioning.

A certificate is issued after successful inspection and you should see that/be given that.

JMS,

You can easily search for rental property online. If you don't have access, your local library does. If you need me to search for you, I will. Just call me.

Please call or email me anytime.

Travis,
Given the current market conditions, the rent to own option is not very likely.
If you are interested in selling you home, I would be happy to sit down with you and help you with the process. Please feel free to give me a call.

Hello Stephen,
Your work is really fantastic.
I participated in the preparation of 180 meals for Thanksgiving and I will do it again for Christmas and Easter too.
They got some turkey, mased potatoes with gravy, stuffing, vegatables. They also go a nice piece of pie either apple or pumpkin.
They were really happy.
I still believe that makes me happier to see their faces once they receive a nice warm meal.
Keep up your good work.
Take care,

Hi Brian -

It still sounds to me like you are in a good place on this short sale. Email the seller attorney back and ask him/her to briefly go over the suituation.

Something like, Hi, I just wanted to confirm, you said you have the "PO" is that the Pay off? If so, when are we on schedule to close? I am looking to get my monthly calendar in order and looking for some time frame"

Who is representing you in this transaction? the title company?

Foreclosures are listed with Realtors... With so many avail you have to know how to search for them and where to search for them.
Pre foreclosures are another thing. although many are listed with realtor, there are many that are not. Again knowing where to look for them is the key... These can be picked up with great discounts.
REO Bank owned properties. These are listed with Realtors. Searching for REO's specifically can take some time... These can be picked up at a discount as well.

You can look for foreclosures all day on the net, eventually you will need a realtor.

On my site I have access with foreclosures.. But it is very limited. However I can obtain anything you have interest in that you see.

If I can be of help please contact me.
