The first thing I would recommend talking to your agent about doing a new CMA. If it is priced correctly your should have several people looking at your house if not might be priced too high. If you have alot of people coming and looking and not making offers there is something at the home that is turning them off on it.

Although you cant always fix every thing that turns people off it's good to explore options and be prepared for there objections.

If you're talking about the Shobe Rd house, it's not "trashed," just hasn't been updated OR lived in for awhile. That's why it's "as is." It's unfortunate that it's priced so high, as it'd be a great house to renovate but I can't justify the current amount needed! ... more
