Is it worth $200,000 less? As of April 2008 the properties have dropped in the last 11 months but not nearly the over 40% reflected by your appraisal. An Appraisal is someones opinion so you have 2 opinions and the true value is when you market and sell the property. It is not difficult to research what similar homes are selling for in any area so find a similar home that is in the same condition and as long as it is not a panic sale (foreclosure, short sale etc) you can get a good idea what to expect for you our home. I am writting this as of todays date of Jan 24 2014 and happy to say properties in Bensenville are going up and not down. Call me if you need a accurate market value. Hi, They all pretty much run the same kind of credit check, but depending on what kind of bank you
talk to they may be more or less willing to give you the mortgage amount you need at a different interest. So your very best decision would be to contact several, and potentially, connect with a few
mortgage BROKERS who can find you the right lender for your particular situation and needs.
If you do not know any mortgage brokers, let me know and I could recommend a few to you, and it is
always wise to contact a few to see what they can do for you.

All depends on your general financial situation, your debts like car payments and other your income
and what it is that you want to buy..... and please remember that there is a big difference between a pre-qualification letter and a pre-approval....

Any questions feel free to contact me....for recommendations of lenders and a Realtor to represent you....
Good Luck!

Three simple words....location, location, location. You can update a kitchen or bathroom in time, but you can't change the location or schools. When the time comes for you to sell, your buyers will be considering the same criteria. You really want to buy the worst house in the best neighborhood for a return on your investment. Good luck!

It may or may not and most likely may be too late unless the state decides the extend it. It depends on so many factors not under your control or your broker's control. If I were you, I would decide what is most important to me and act on it. Nothing is for certain in a short sales transaction. It can be very aggrevating as well as very rewarding...
