As the buyer's agent, or as the seller's agent... I would not be willing to reduce my commission to reduce the price of the home... I'm not the one buying (or selling) the home... I'm not going to live in it... I have no interest in donating a portion of my commission for the transaction to happen.

You can always ask, but no, I don't believe it's a reasonable request.

Try 2277 Maltese Court Bensalem PA 19020. This is not a foreclosure. OWNER IS HAVING TROUBLE WALKING STAIRS. It is a well kept, freshly painted (with neutral colors) well maintained Townhouse with not Homeowners Association fees. It is one of the larger homes in this great neighborhood. There are plenty of children (of all ages) a great location and a School System with wonderful teachers and administrators. GREAT HOME FOR YOUNG CHILDREN STAIRS ARE CARPETED AND THERE ARE NO MORE THAN 6 STAIRS WITHOUT A LANDING AND HAVE 60oz CARPET. BRING YOUR FURNITURE AND MOVE RIGHT IN OR MAKE A DEAL FOR WHAT YOU LIKE. ... more

Well, is sort of depends. Will it be ok with the landlord? If yes, then I suppose you could.

Micah Matson answered:
I think you would have to ask the landlord how many people they allow per room, because they may have a limit of one person per 1 bedroom.

It seems that if they sent you a bill it is not included in anything else. Sounds like a bill you need to pay or ask about. ... more

its actually called an ejectment action. You cant just go through your local district court. You need to file it in court of common pleas and it will take months. It is certainly easier to negotiate with the previous owners but sometimes it is not an option. Contact us if you need help. ... more

Nobody to call or "pay" to get an update. You just have to wait it out. But the real question is: Is the house really worth the wait? Only you can answer that. Keep in mind, there's no guarantee that you'll get the house. Even after waiting for the better part of a year. How many houses have come and gone since you've been waiting for this one? At some point you need to decide if you really want it or not.

For me and my husband, we purchased a foreclosure that had a ton of problems. It wasn't a fun process, but we wanted THIS particular house. Didn't find anything else we liked better. In the end it was worth it. But that was a foreclosure and only took 2 months. Not 8-12 months.

It's really your call. There's nothing you can do but wait.
